To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gambld and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Gambld at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gambld operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
